Terms of Service

The Service is intended for travel agents and travel agencies who promote and resell Hubby eSIM products to their own customers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of any business you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hubbyesim.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users, our partners, or the Service.

Codes generated through the Service are issued by Hubby and are subject to Hubby’s underlying eSIM product terms. You agree to share codes only with bona fide customers and not to resell, automate the generation of, or otherwise abuse them. We may revoke any code that we reasonably believe was issued in error or in violation of these Terms.

You earn commission on bundles your customers redeem, calculated at the rate shown on your Earnings page. Commission is paid out monthly subject to the minimum payout threshold configured for your agency. Free starter codes carry no commission. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice; existing transactions are not affected.

You may not (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, infrastructure, or data; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service or its security features; (d) automate interactions in a way that bypasses our rate limits; or (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Hubby and our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, payment processors, WhatsApp messaging, email delivery, and the Hubby eSIM API). Your use of those features may be subject to additional terms set by the relevant third party.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Connectivity outcomes depend on local cellular networks beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubby’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the commission you have earned in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (commission already earned, intellectual property, limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
